I hope everyone's first monday back at work after the festive season wasn't too miserable, i'm lucky to have mondays off so I thought I would do a blog post on one of my recent favourite buys - a mauve roll neck from river island! It was in the sale at a stunning £15 and I think it probably is one of my most favourite pieces in my wardrobe currently, mixing the pastel colours that throw us back to summer with a snuggly winter style of jumper it is a great item. Here i'm wearing it with a h&m checked school girl style skirt and the comfiest pair of river island boots, which are woolly inside and as you can probably tell I have been living in them all winter - they are starting to look rather tatty!
